So the World Tour hit up Toronto yesterday, and it was EPIC.

$spyed and $Heidi are very nice people, and Angelo is VERY down to earth. He LOVES deviantART with his entire being and it truly shows.



The day started after a loooooooooong walk from High Park subway station down to Grenadier Cafe.



After we thought we were settled and most people had arrived, we decided to head down to the "Giant Maple Leaf" garden.. What a steep hill!



Yesterday's humidity was pretty gross, but some kids tried showering us with the sprinklers so all was well..

Ok, well, maybe not..



Angelo split us up into groups: Photography, Literature, Digital Art & Traditional Art.. I think those were all the groups.. Some correct me if I'm wrong? I joined in on the photography group since that's what best fit my current 'path'. We discussed the type of photography everyone did in our group and discussed what we liked/didn't like about the current features that best fit Photographers. $Moonbeam13 joined us to give people answers to their questions that non-admins wouldn't know. (Development, future features, etc.)

After doing that for a while, $spyed brought myself and a few others for a demo of the upcoming features. He discussed groups, portfolios, and the new search system... It's going to be SO GREAT!



Groups is going to be a great implementation for =toronto as well as many other userpage groups. I am really looking forward to this feature and cannot wait for its release.

We headed back up to Grenadier Cafe for some much needed eats. There weren't as many of us as there were before (We went from being a giant group of over 100 to about 20! ). Many people left before us to go else where for food, and some folks had to start heading home.

I decided to have an ice cream after my dinner.



I was still pretty hungry after that ice cream, so....



I just couldn't get enough of the travelling pants so $Moonbeam13 and I got another shot!



After we were finished eating, the cafe had to kick us out... ... Because they had to close! So we headed to the place ^Ghouldaddy and I know as our home away from home...



We hung out until about 2am.. Making Toronto the longest devMEET on the World Tour so far!

We drank and ate and laughed and drank more.. Fun was had by all.

To top off the great day, =kilgore-trout had come in from Calgary!!!! It was such a nice surprise!
